The factory in Kashgar, Xinjiang, experiences frequent power fluctuations and significant differences between peak and off-peak electricity prices. These issues result in power shortages, production stoppages, equipment damage, and increased operational costs.
To address these challenges, a custom Blue Carbon 380V/54kW/135kWh energy storage system was installed, integrating charging, storage, and inverter functions to provide stable industrial power and ensure an uninterrupted supply. Its modular design allows for scalability to meet growing power demands, while lithium iron phosphate batteries offer a long cycle life exceeding 6,000 cycles. The system's intelligent peak-shaving and valley-filling capabilities help reduce electricity costs and maintain reliable operation despite extreme environmental conditions and grid instability.
