LiFePO4 Cell Technology for Extended Service Life

Long Cycle Life
The battery is built with LiFePO4 cells designed to achieve more than 6000 charge–discharge cycles at a 0.5C rate under standard test conditions, supporting over 10 years of typical daily operation. Compared with conventional lead-acid batteries, this significantly reduces replacement frequency and long-term ownership costs.

 

Flexible Energy Capacity Options
Available in 200Ah, 250Ah, and 300Ah configurations with a nominal voltage of 24V (25.6V), providing approximately 5.12kWh, 6.4kWh, and 7.68kWh of usable energy respectively. These capacity options allow system designers to match energy storage requirements for residential off-grid or backup applications.

 

Stable Performance in High-Temperature Environments
The battery operates within a temperature range of –15°C to 60°C, with optimal efficiency between 10°C and 40°C. Thermal characteristics of LiFePO4 chemistry help maintain stable performance in hot and tropical environments where traditional battery technologies often experience accelerated degradation.

 

High Usable Energy Ratio
Supporting a depth of discharge (DoD) above 80%, the system enables higher usable energy per cycle compared with typical lead-acid batteries, which are commonly limited to around 50% DoD to preserve lifespan.

 

Low Self-Discharge Rate
With a self-discharge rate of less than 3% per month at 25°C, stored energy can be retained for extended periods, making the battery suitable for backup power and seasonal energy storage scenarios.

 

Integrated Smart BMS for Off-Grid Solar Systems

The battery incorporates an integrated Battery Management System (BMS) designed to monitor and regulate key operating parameters, including voltage balance, temperature protection, over-current control, and charge/discharge safety.

Rather than functioning solely as a protection module, the BMS continuously manages battery operation to support stable performance in off-grid solar applications, helping ensure reliable power delivery for household appliances while extending overall battery service life.
